How can I start my order?

Please contact us and let us know your request and specification of your order, we will according to your request to offer our best price to you.

Can I have a sample before mass production?

Yes, we can offer you a free sample of our current product, if you require to have a sample according to your artwork, it is ok to make one for you, but will charge you a little sample cost.

How soon can I expect to get the sample?

The samples will be ready for delivery in 4-6 days and will be sent via express and arrive in another 3-5 days.

How to handle the artwork?

The best file for the artwork is PDF, AI, CorelDRAW, etc.

* 1: The files need curve transfer to PDF files in CMYK not RGB type, RGB color type easily change color. CMYK will not.
* 2: The files every page need leave 3mm bleeding place, and every pictures DPI need larger than 300.
* 3: The cover and inside text is better to be separate. One PDF for cover with spine and another for text.
* 4: The file pls use dropbox, hightail, wetransfer, all are okay.

What is the turnaround time on my order?

Mostly is 7-9 working days, if it's a big order, it takes longer, we can discuss this in details.

What is your minimum order quantity?

The order quantity is not required.If your quantity is more, then price will much cheaper.

If the products have some quality problem, how will you deal with it?

Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping.If the quality problem of products caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.
